Updates

On April 1, 2026, we increased the price of Premium Listings to $65. This marks the first price increase on Conservation Job Board since 2012!

This change will allow us to continue offering a simple, effective platform for connecting conservation employers with high-quality jobseekers.

A few notes:

• We will continue to offer free 15-day Basic Listings.
• The price change applies to paid listings created on or after April 1, 2026.
• Any paid listings created before that date are unaffected.

We've made some changes to Minimum Experience for job listings.

Jobseekers – Filter results by Minimum Experience. For jobseekers, we've added Minimum Experience to our job search filters. This means you can now customize your job results based on the Minimum Experience value in job listings.

This customization function has been enabled for the job alert email, as well. You can customize your job alert email in your Account Dashboard. If you don't have an account, sign up to use that function.

Employers – Minimum Experience is now a required field.  For employers, we have made Minimum Experience a required field in your job listings. This means you will need to enter one of these values for Minimum Experience:
0 - 1 years, 2 - 4 years, or 5+ years.

Overall, this feature will improve the quality of the website for job search and recruiting. 

We have launched an Updates page for Conservation Job Board. This is the first official post!. 

On our Updates page, we will publish news abourt website features, data trends, and other information of interest. Our primary goal for this page is to keep our audience updated about what's happening with Conservation Job Board.
