We've made some changes to Minimum Experience for job listings.
Jobseekers – Filter results by Minimum Experience. For jobseekers, we've added Minimum Experience to our job search filters. This means you can now customize your job results based on the Minimum Experience value in job listings.
This customization function has been enabled for the job alert email, as well. You can customize your job alert email in your Account Dashboard. If you don't have an account, sign up to use that function.
Employers – Minimum Experience is now a required field. For employers, we have made Minimum Experience a required field in your job listings. This means you will need to enter one of these values for Minimum Experience:
0 - 1 years, 2 - 4 years, or 5+ years.
Overall, this feature will improve the quality of the website for job search and recruiting.
