F4 Tech is looking to hire a Natural Resource Project Manager to work in south-central Florida.  This position will be based out of their home office, provided with a company vehicle and all needed equipment and support to manage projects in the southern third of Florida.  A perfect homebase would be Sebring, Florida or surrounding communities, but this is negotiable.  The successful applicant will oversee and manage projects on predominantly public lands.  Projects will include invasive exotic treatment, fireline construction and maintenance, vegetative management and other related natural resource projects.  The position requires a self-starter and must possess an excellent knowledge of invasive exotic species identification and preferred treatment methods. It would be helpful to have experience managing public lands to understand the needs of F4’s clients.  Position comes with excellent salary and benefits, 401(k) with company matching, 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks of vacation per year starting after 6 months of work and can increase to as much as 4 weeks after 7 years  of employment.  Acceptable education/experience backgrounds include forestry, wildlife management, ecology, biology, botany or other related natural resource field with a bachelors of science degree or a minimum of 5 years management experience in land managment.
