The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to contract with a land conservation professional (“Consultant”) to assist the Teton County Scenic Preserve Trust (“Trust” or “TCSPT”) with a review of the current TCSPT structure and standards and to develop recommendations to make changes and potentially modernize and update the structure, standards, and governance of the Trust. The goal of this project is to provide information and options in order for the TCSPT Trustees to reevaluate the purpose, operational standards, and staffing needs of TCSPT.
