Camp Watitoh, Becket, MA Seeking Adventure & Fishing Specialist

Camp Watitoh, a coed overnight camp in Becket, MA, is currently looking to hire an adventure counselor to work as part of our High & Low Ropes instructional team this summer. This staff member would also be a cabin counselor meaning they will live in the Cabin with co-counselors and campers. 

The Adventure Specialist will work directly with the Adventure Director oversees the program. He or she is responsible for fo co-planning the adventure activity sessions with the rest of the adventure team. They will also preferably have a knowledge of fishing and will be responsible for teaching this activity as a hoby.

The applicant needs to be of college age or older and have experience in the field of adventure which includes but is not limited to rockclimbing, zip lining, belaying, giant swing etc. Past experience working with children is a bonus. He or she must want to live and work in a children's community. Our priority at Watitoh is making sure we are overseeing the health and wellness of our campers.
