Position Summary

The Director is responsible for directing all aspects of the Corporate Administrative Systems delivery team. This scope includes providing capabilities and services in support of Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Internal Audit and the Office of the CEO. The Director, in collaboration with other stakeholders, establishes a strategic vision for these areas of responsibility, identifies key challenges and opportunities, develops and executes a plan of action delivering technology solutions that produce targeted business outcomes. The Director is responsible for the Business/Systems Analysis and Application Development and Support functions within the Corporate Administrative Systems department providing leadership to several direct report managers and the staff beneath them. The Director also has broad vendor management lifecycle responsibilities with key technology product and services providers within their solution portfolio. The Director has managerial administrative duties for their team including recruiting, developing staff and establishing and managing budgets and is accountable for creating an environment where their team can be successful in achieving its goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 10 years’ experience working in an IT environment with demonstrable capabilities.
  • 8 years’ experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience planning, implementing and supporting ERP systems to include, particularly: Financials, Procurement and Human Capital Management.
  • Experience leading the technology delivery of highly complex business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience planning and executing projects cross-functionally including systems evaluations and selections, acquisition integrations, new system or module implementations, and technology migration/re-platforming initiatives.
  • Experience developing, integrating and implementing new technologies and platforms with legacy systems.
  • Experience managing the processes required to define, architect, design, build, test, deploy and operationalize systems and continually measuring, evaluating performance and improving processes end to end to reduce inefficiency, increase delivery pace, quality and value.
  • Experience managing the support and maintenance of several highly complex, large scaled business critical systems/services in a large, decentralized organization.
  • Deep understanding of and ability to articulate best practices across core business processes and provide leadership directing business process re-engineering efforts.
  • Experience with the systems life cycle, project management principles and software development best practices and concepts.
  • Experience delivering software solutions utilizing Agile methodologies and managing work using Atlassian Suite or similar task and documentation management tool.
  • Experience with governance processes and prioritization of IT project and work requests from multiple business partners.
  • Experience creating effective solutions to complex problems with a strong results orientation and a demonstrated history of success driving organizational evolution and growth.
  • Experience driving discussions with senior management regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
  • Experience with customer management, vendor management and service level agreements to maintain and enhance data security.
