Wood Soil & Water Conservation District, located in Bowling Green, Ohio seeks qualified individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the SWCD. Incumbent supervises and evaluates staff; responsible for overall budgeting and financial duties for several accounts; develops long range plan for the district; acts as a liaison between the SWCD board and government officials, partner agencies, staff and the public.

Required qualifications are:

  • Education: A four-year degree in business administration, or any equivalent combination of education, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position.
  • Experience: 7+ years’ experience with finance and customer service, a minimum 3 years personnel management. Agriculture and/or natural resources industry experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in conservation, natural resources, environmental science, or related field; seven (7) years related work experience; 3 years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Review detailed position description at www.woodswcd.com.
