As a Seasonal Environmental Educator, you’ll lead K-12 students through exciting, multidisciplinary classes surrounded by forests, streams, and mountains. Our programs span subjects like ecology, life and earth science, outdoor skills, team building, and even living history. No day is ever the same!
You’ll also contribute to the center’s daily operations, including animal care (hello, reptiles and amphibians!), maintaining learning spaces, and supporting overall program success

Responsibilities Include:
- Teaching fun, engaging classes in an outdoor environment
- Leading groups of students and adults through a variety of activities
- Providing care for live animal ambassadors
- Supporting program areas and assisting with camp operations
- Working in all types of weather
- Walking up to 3 miles a day, climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 lbs, and embracing nature in all its wild beauty
