Description
If you’re interested in fisheries and lake management customer support from the office, with the opportunity to work in the field 1–2 times per month, we should talk!
In this role, you’ll be:
- Answering client questions and following up on leads
- Preparing proposals and selling fish
- Using our CRM (customer relationship management) tool to track interactions

A Few Things to Know Before Applying:
- This opportunity is office-based. If you’re looking to spend 40 hours a week in the field, this role may not be a good fit.
- Attention to detail is essential. Accuracy in your work matters.
- You should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- We are a lake and fisheries management company, so you’ll need to know your LMB from your BG and under
- Experience with lake management practices, fisheries surveys, or water quality monitoring is a plus.
- Comfort with data collection, reporting, and technical tools is important.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- You should be organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
- Interest in environmental science, ecology, or fisheries biology is a bonus.
