Implement salmon habitat restoration and water quality monitoring projects in the Hood River Basin. Duties include overseeing all aspects of fish habitat restoration, including: design, permitting, implementation, reporting and effectiveness monitoring; assisting with watershed and fisheries monitoring; coordinating with local stakeholders and basin partners for collaborative restoration projects; and grant writing, reporting and budgeting
