We’re looking for a motivated Electrofishing Fish Technician with a go-getter attitude who’s eager to start their career in fisheries management.
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Driving trucks and trailers confidently, including backing up like a boss.
- Writing clear, professional reports and making smart recommendations to clients.
- Using our CRM system to keep track of leads, follow-ups, and client info.
- Suggestive selling over the phone or in person—helping clients see the value in what we offer.
- Working outdoors all day, rain or shine, and loving every minute of it.
- Traveling overnight a couple of times a year (hey, a change of scenery keeps it exciting!).
- Pitching in with fish runs, fish stocking, habitat installs, and fountain/aerator setups.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Fisheries Management, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience driving trucks and trailers—especially backing them up!
- Prior experience with shock boats is a big plus.
- Strong fish identification skills—you know your bass from your bluegill without blinking.
- Comfortable using CRM software and suggestive selling techniques.
- A positive, “let’s get it done” attitude with a love for the outdoors.
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally and lend a hand wherever needed.
