About Horizon Community Church
Horizon’s Mission
To comfortably connect people to God through the Bible and a community of growing Christ-followers.
Horizon’s Vision
Challenging Leaders to Change the World
"Yours to Explore" is more than a motto—it’s an invitation. At Horizon, we believe faith is a journey, not a destination. That’s why we offer two distinct Sunday experiences designed to meet people wherever they are in their spiritual walk:
- Equipping Services: Contemporary worship music (15–22 minutes) with a California Calvary Chapel vibe, paired with verse-by-verse Biblical teaching to equip believers with practical, spiritual insight.
- Exploring Services: Creative, unpredictable experiences featuring secular songs with Biblical themes, short videos, stories, and performance elements—designed to connect with those exploring faith.
Our 70-acre campus is a vital part of this mission, offering a series of spaces where people can encounter God through both worship and the beauty of creation and connect with each other. Located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, OH, a major Midwestern city on the Ohio River known for its blend of midwestern charm and big-city amenities.
