The Western Shasta Resource Conservation District (WSRCD) seeks a proactive, full-time Outreach Coordinator based in Anderson, California, dedicated to assisting with facilitating the California Wildfire Mitigation Program (CWMP)–Shasta County. In this role, you will work with the CWMP Team to coordinate community outreach to eligible homeowners, conduct comprehensive home hazard assessments, drive impactful public outreach campaigns, manage homeowner applications, track program metrics, and handle additional delegated tasks.
