Serve as primary database administrator for Salesforce NPSP and LOCATE with 20+ users. Point person for ArcGIS mapping requests. Proactive staff training and troubleshooting on systems use.

This full-time, exempt position typically involves 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in our Des Moines office with occasional opportunities for travel statewide to participate in weekend/evening events with regional staff and donors or volunteers. This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Salesforce and Data Systems Manager reports to the CFO, works closely with the development, administrative and land staff teams, and has no supervisory responsibilities.
