The Opportunity
Audubon Canyon Ranch (ACR), an innovative North Bay conservation science and education organization, is currently hiring a Senior Accountant. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits, based at Bouverie Preserve in Glen Ellen or Martin Griffin Preserve, Stinson Beach, California, with some telecommuting available. The starting salary range for this position is $88,000 to $102,000 depending on skills and experience.

Purpose
The Senior Accountant will oversee day to day accounting and monthly GL accounting and financial statement close activities for Audubon Canyon Ranch, working in close collaboration with Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, other employees, and Board Finance Committee. They will build, manage, and optimize systems to support fund accounting, accounts payable, invoicing, investment accounting, payroll, budgets, reporting, and annual audit support.

Audubon Canyon Ranch is going through an exciting expansion phase, having recently adopted a new 5-year strategic plan and added key initiatives, new board members, and new employees. The Senior Accountant will provide essential support to our growing organization.
