How does it get done?
1) Manage for employee and public safety; 2) Manage for training and support of safety sensitive programming; 3) Manage for review and compliance regarding property loss, risk and exposure control; 4) Manage to ensure compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor¿s degree in Business Administration and three (3) years of experience in the areas of rule, regulation, policy, and/or statutory compliance, contract compliance, regulatory administration, insurance, utilities, healthcare, and/or government assistance programs.
1) Experience with natural and cultural resource agency safe working conditions.
2) Experience with safety and compliance related administrative code.
3) Experience developing safety and compliance policies and procedures.
4) Experience with state and federal laws related to workplace safety and public access.
5) Experience with identifying and coordinating safety and compliance related training for staff.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and one (1) year of experience in investigations, regulation, policy, statutory, and/or contract compliance. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling five (5) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
