The Somali Bantu Community Association is seeking a Summer Youth Consultant to lead and support programming for the Kashekee Youth Program, a culturally-rooted summer experience for Somali Bantu youth ages 6–13. This individual will be responsible for designing and facilitating farm-based learning experiences, leading youth activities, mentoring teen youth leaders, and maintaining the youth garden space at Liberation Farms. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, agriculture, cultural preservation, and community empowerment.
