MISSION:
Do you want to work with an organization at the forefront of saving Massachusetts’ special places AND work outside educating campers and having a blast this summer? The Trustees seeks candidates for Camp Educators (Counselors) who are excited about environmental education and summer camp for its network of farm, coastal, and art camps. 

THE ROLE:
Trustees Camp staff are seasonal employees who play an essential role at day camps at signature properties of The Trustees, a non-profit conservation organization. Whether you are interested in a summer on a working farm, in the woods, in a sculpture park, in a teaching kitchen, or at the coast, Trustees Camps offer quality education and fun for campers aged 4 to 15.  

WHO YOU ARE:
If you are outgoing, energetic, have experience working with children, and are considering becoming an educator, an agriculturalist, an ecologist, an artist, a chef, childcare worker, or other related field, there are exciting opportunities available for Camp Educators at our camps in eastern Massachusetts. 

WHERE & WHAT:

  • Appleton Farm Camp, Ipswich – Farm + Nature Camp (June 24-August 23 + training weeks) 
  • SummerQuest at Crane Estate, Ipswich – Coastal Camp (June 24-August 23 + training weeks)  
  • Weir River Farm Camp, Hingham – Farm Camp (June 24-August 16 + training week)  
  • World’s End Camp, Hingham – Coastal Camp (June 24-August 16 + training week)  
  • Farmer, Forester, Chef! at Powisset Farm, Dover – Farm + Cooking + Nature Camp (June 24 - August 16 + training week)  
  • deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, Lincoln – Art + Nature Camp (July 1-August 16 + training days) 
  • The Farm Institute, Edgartown (Martha’s Vineyard) – Farm + Cooking Camp (June 24-August 23 + training weeks)
