We are searching for someone with initiative, flexibility and eager to join our Community Engagement team as the Volunteer & Program Coordinator with Clermont County Park District. This is a non-exempt, full time position.

At CCPD we are a small but mighty team of 20 employees, with a drive and a passion to conserve the environment. Clermont Parks manages over 1,000 acres of land and growing- including seven community parks, four nature preserves and the Williamsburg to Batavia Bike Trail. We are an actively growing park district with many special projects in the pipeline and an opportunity to learn and grow. This is a full-time non-exempt position that includes 11 paid Holidays as well as vacation and sick accrual. We offer an excellent benefit package that includes medical, dental and life insurance. Additionally all staff are enrolled in Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.

This individual will serve as the lead in generating volunteerism within the Park District including maintaining accurate volunteer records, approval of volunteer hours, developing and coordinating recognition activities for volunteers. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, training, and directly and indirectly supervising a large number of volunteers for one or a variety of volunteer programs.

Salary ranges from $15.50-$18.50/hour, commensurate with experience.
