We’re looking for people who are curious, hardworking, and excited to learn. Professional gardening experience is welcome, but not required. What matters most is attention, reliability, and a genuine interest in plants, land, and seasonal work.

This role is a good fit for people who enjoy working outdoors in all conditions, learning through doing, and being part of a small, collaborative team. Backgrounds in farming, gardening, the arts, athletics, or craft-based work tend to thrive here.
