This is a part time position. Great opportunity for part-time work in the fisheries and lake management area-supporting clients from the inside.

- Role Overview
Administrative assistance for field staff, phone support, client follow ups and other office administrative duties.
Key Outcomes (Key outcomes the person is responsible for).
- Keep field staff informed so work runs without disruption
- Be the first point of contact for clients—answering, resolving, or routing calls quickly and professionally
- Close the loop on every client request (quotes, questions, follow-ups) within 24 hours so nothing is left hanging
- Maintain clean, accurate system records so the field and office are always aligned
- Proactively remove small administrative issues before they become problems for techs or leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience as administrative assistant
- High school diploma
- Available Monday-Friday for either morning or afternoon shift -between 8am and 5pm
- Comfortable working solo
- Strong organization and time management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and records
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and basic office software (Word, Excel, Google+)
- Dependability and follow-through on assigned tasks
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with a helpful, service-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a CRM such as SingleOps
- Familiarity with outdoor service industries (fisheries, lake management, landscaping, or similar field-based work)
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt as daily work demands change
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Clear, professional communication with both field staff and clients
