This is a seasonal position stationed in Coeur d’Alene at the Bureau of Land Management District Office. The selected individual will be an Idaho Department of Lands employee who reports to the BLM Cadastral Survey Branch under the Good Neighbor Authority cooperative agreement between IDL and BLM. This is a field-focused role supporting cadastral survey projects and boundary delineation on public lands. Work may involve supporting timber management, wildfire mitigation, and restoration efforts and requires skills in surveying techniques, geospatial data analysis, and reviewing land records. Duties are primarily field-based, often in remote areas, and will align with planned cadastral projects consisting of Authorized Restoration Services in the CDA District.
