CELP PROGRAM DIRECTOR | CATALINA ISLAND CAMPS

Lead a premier environmental education program on Santa Catalina Island.

Catalina Island Camps is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the Catalina Environmental Leadership Program (CELP), a year-round program serving school groups in grades 4–12.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the overall operation and development of CELP—including staff management and hiring, program and curriculum oversight, school relationships, scheduling, budgeting and resources, safety and risk management, and program growth. The Director works closely with the COO and Executive Directors as a key member of the camp's leadership team.

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong organizational and management skills and a background in environmental education, outdoor education, or education programs.

Full-time, year-round | Santa Catalina Island
Salary: $72,500–$80,000 + housing and meals
