About the Role
Seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives on helping customers succeed. In this role, you’ll optimize our sales and marketing operations—especially our CRM system (Pipedrive)—while building strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will serve as a key link between sales and marketing, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and actionable insights that support both revenue growth and long-term customer success. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in climate technology and seeking a position where there are opportunities for career advancement as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
- Support customer outreach, follow-up calls, and retention programs to build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate distribution of samples, literature, and conference support materials.
- Develop sales resources, playbooks, and training materials to strengthen customer engagement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and customer trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline sales and customer support processes.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and project management (Asana).
What You Bring
- A passion for climate solutions and sustainable industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM administration (Pipedrive preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in agriculture, climate tech, or renewable energy.
- Familiarity with sales/marketing automation tools or AI.
- Startup or growth-stage company experience.
