The Watershed Institute, a dynamic and multifaceted nonprofit conservation organization, seeks an enthusiastic full-time communications professional to help promote the organization’s mission and programs. This position has a range of responsibilities to communicate to the organization’s members and supporters, print and online media, and the general public on behalf of the Watershed’s team of scientists, policy advocates, educators, land stewards, and fundraisers.  

Candidates must be prepared to work in a team environment to create and execute messages across The Watershed Institute’s programs. Multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and prompt communications skills are essential qualities for this position. 

This position reports to the Assistant Director — Communication and Marketing. The Watershed Institute is committed to building a culturally diverse organization and strongly encourages applications from people of color.
