The incumbents will work in USDA-NRCS field offices to provide technical and biological expertise in the delivery of Farm Bill programs. Incumbents will be responsible for conducting conservation planning with producers, landowners, Tribes, and land trusts to increase participation in NRCS Farm Bill programs.
