Eastern Forest Consultants-NC LLC, a North Carolina-based company, is seeking applicants to fill a forester position at their Christiansburg, Virginia location. This is a labor-intensive field position, and the successful applicant should expect to spend >90% of their time working outdoors.  Typical duties include conducting applying herbicides, conducting timber inventories, preparing timber sales, and planting trees/running planting crews. The position may include a heavy amount of out-of-town travel (up to 50%) for which employee will be compensated.
