The Rio Grande Headwaters Restoration Project (RGHRP) is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to serve as the full-time Culebra Watershed Program Manager. This position will coordinate restoration efforts in the Culebra Creek watershed and support restoration projects in other watersheds in Colorado’s San Luis Valley. The Program Manager will work closely with landowners, community partners, state and federal agencies, and other stakeholders to implement on-the-ground restoration projects. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement and partner coordination, fundraising and grant management, project implementation, and monitoring and reporting.
