Based in Beach Lake, Pennsylvania (with field offices in Jeffersonville, New York and Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania), the Delaware Highlands Conservancy is an accredited land trust dedicated to conserving the forests, farmland, clean waters, and wildlife habitat of the Upper Delaware River in partnership with the region’s landowners and communities. The Conservancy’s growing environmental education program focused on wildlife, habitat, and effective conservation tools, including land protection and land management practices.

Our primary service area includes Pike and Wayne Counties in Pennsylvania, and Sullivan and Delaware Counties in New York. Established in 1994, the Conservancy has helped to protect more than 19,000 acres throughout the region.

In addition to ongoing land protection efforts, the Conservancy runs a growing environmental education program focused on wildlife, habitat, and land management.

The Conservancy is seeking a mid-level, full-time professional to coordinate and lead donor development and fundraising efforts to support and advance our mission. This includes working creatively with the Executive Director, Board and Committee Members, and other stakeholders to develop and implement plans to achieve annual fundraising goals.
