Environmental Scientist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Environmental Scientist to support environmental research, compliance, and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze environmental data, conduct assessments, prepare reports, and assist in developing solutions that promote environmental protection and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental studies, site assessments, and field investigations.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data related to air, water, soil, and ecosystems.
  • Prepare technical reports, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and company policies.
  • Assist in developing environmental management and sustainability programs.
  • Research environmental issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of environmental findings.
  • Support environmental audits and inspections.
  • Stay informed about changes in environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in environmental consulting, compliance, research, or a related area is preferred.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and environmental data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GIS software and environmental modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and conservation practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Conditions
