Assist with on-site Recycle-Yard collections and the collection and handling of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) in accordance with regulations. Interact with and educate residents on Recycle-Yard and curbside recycling and household hazardous wastes. Assist Solid Waste Administrator with efforts to increase general recycling and HHW rates within the County
