The Executive Director for the Northwest NC Mountain Bike Alliance is a full-time, leadership role responsible for the strategic and administrative oversight of a non-profit dedicated to expanding trail access in Northwest North Carolina. Based in Lenoir, NC, the ED serves as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the mountain biking community, focusing on fundraising, member growth, and building partnerships with land managers and municipalities.

Key priorities include managing a significant grant for trail improvements in the Pisgah National Forest, overseeing personnel, and ensuring the organization’s financial sustainability.

Compensation Details:

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
