This role is a golden opportunity to work with multiple raptors! Ability to confidently train and present 8+ birds of prey to an audience, handling 4-5 birds and flying 4-5 in a 3 hr window BY YOURSELF or with some assistance is the ultimate goal. As your experience and responsibilities increase, so does the pay.

The MOST important part of the job is educational presentations + flight experience.

• $20/hr: Experience handling and flying 1–2 species of raptor. Comfortable assisting with basic guest interactions.
• $30/hr: Experience working with several raptor species, including flying/hunting. Must have falcon lure flying experience..
• $40/hr: Very experienced falconer with strong presentation and flight experience — flying multiple birds, glove-to-glove transitions, conducting a full 3-hour experience while talking and flying.

For the $40/hr level, you should be comfortable flying a hawk in an open field to multiple people, flying a falcon to a lure, including a drone lure, and managing multiple birds during presentations (this includes crows, owls and eagles.)

This is the most important component of the role. Be engaging and enthusiastic and able to carry out educational talks WHILE free-flying raptors. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Able/willing to take over ALL Nashville experiences and branch management within 2-3 yrs or sooner, possibly willing to sell biz.
