Sizemore and Sizemore, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to assist with forestry field work across central and east Alabama. Work to include timber sale boundary marking, timber marking, timber inventory, prescribed burning, herbicide application, and all aspects of forestry field work. The position will include some travel outside of the area, limited to 10% or less of the work year. 

Requirements

• Applicant should have a minimum of a two year forestry degree in Forestry or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outdoor work will include all weather conditions and seasons 
• Self Starter and good time management skills
• willingness to learn new skills

Preferred Experience

• 1-5 years experience related to forestry field work
• GIS mapping experience
• prescribed burn experience
