Job Summary:
This position will oversee a comprehensive, multi-year effort focused on advancing Tribal food sovereignty through community engagement, needs assessment, technical assistance, and systems coordination. The Program Manager will play a key role in strengthening culturally grounded, sustainable, and safe food systems across Tribal communities.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, environmental health, community development, Indigenous studies, or related field required. Program management or project coordination experience preferred. Experience working with Tribal nations preferred. Strong community engagement skills, facilitations and relationship- building needed. Excellent organization, writing skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data systems. Travel required. Preference given to qualified Native Americans.
