The Fundraising Program Manager will implement LCSLO’s fundraising activities in close collaboration with the Engagement team. They will be responsible for maintaining and promoting ongoing private giving; cultivating a portfolio of major donors; managing major donor events; growing and supporting LCSLO’s planned giving program; and working closely with leadership staff, the Board of Trustees, and the Development Committee to increase private giving and promote a “culture of appreciation” throughout the organization.

The Fundraising Program Manager will report directly to the Development and Engagement Director and work closely with the Executive Director and Deputy Director. This is a full-time exempt position with a benefits package that includes health insurance, 401K plan with company match, Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and dental and vision plans. Starting salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, DOE. We are a growing organization and career advancement is possible depending on performance.
