We are an employee owned co-operative looking for socially conscious, progressive individuals. Our work focuses on the sustainable design, install and maintenance of ornamental, edible, medicinal gardens, native meadows, no-mow lawns, and natural screening.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, bend and squat for 8 hours a day
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong honest communication skills and capable of working with a team
- Professionalism, preparedness, attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to retain information and take direction
- Full Time employment preferred
Competitive pay, compensation is negotiable depending on experience. Applications for Ownership accepted after 1 year of employment. This is a seasonal position that runs from April to December.
