As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Spokane team.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will manage and grow relationships with a varied customer base, selling our range of grass seed products to retail accounts, farmers, distributors, and wholesalers. This is an office-based role at our Spokane, WA location, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone and email, understands agricultural markets, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with retail, farm, distributor, and wholesale customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing accounts
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on grass seed varieties and blends
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and contracts
• Monitor market conditions, pricing, and seed availability to advise customers effectively
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company CRM
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; background in agricultural, seed, or ag-related sales strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical product information (seed varieties, blends, application)
• Comfortable working with a diverse customer base — from individual farmers to large distributors
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office/Excel
• Ability to work on-site at our Spokane, WA office
