Catalina Island Camps is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the year-round maintenance and operation of our remote island camp facilities and infrastructure.

This hands-on leadership position oversees the safety, reliability, and upkeep of buildings, utilities, vehicles, boats, grounds, equipment, and program areas. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, preventive maintenance, facility improvement projects, and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an experienced facilities professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills and experience in skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems, marine equipment, small engines, or construction.

Salary: $72,500–$80,000 + on-site housing and meals
