Membership & Engagement Coordinator

Vermont Woodlands Association is looking for a thoughtful, organized, and people-centered professional to join our team as Membership & Engagement Coordinator.

This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting people to something bigger. You will help welcome new members, stay connected with longtime supporters, and make sure people feel part of a community that cares deeply about Vermont’s forests.

You will manage the day-to-day of our membership program, keep our database systems running smoothly, and support engagement across our programs and events. One day you might be helping our team host a woods walk with a consulting forester or wildlife expert. Another day you might be answering member questions, improving how we track engagement, or making sure the behind-the-scenes systems actually work the way they should.

This role is part front porch, part behind the scenes. You will get out, talk with members, and help create meaningful experiences in the woods. You will also support the systems that keep everything running, both online and in the office.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling a range of responsibilities in a small, collaborative team. If you like people, appreciate good systems, and want your work to support the stewardship of Vermont’s forests, we would love to hear from you.
