We provide specialized legal counsel and services for sustainability, psychedelics, and housing-related matters. Our mission is to make a positive contribution to solving society’s most pressing issues through the vehicle of a for-profit, social enterprise law firm.

We're seeking a part-time or Of Counsel lawyer, looking to start as soon as possible, to help us grow our New York practice. The ideal candidate with have some background in both corporate law and litigation.

Candidates must be licensed in New York. The position is mostly remote, but will require a small amount of in-person work in our New York office. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Manhattan.

The salary expectation is between $50-80K annually for this part-time role. Hours and pay have the potential to grow over time.
