To strengthen engagement across our global community, we are looking for an Online Events Lead to own the strategy, planning, and execution of our online events ecosystem, from expert consulting sessions to recurring monthly community events.

As Online Events Lead, you will take ownership of our online event series, including expert consulting sessions, workshops, and monthly community events. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Consulting, and Community Engagement teams to design, promote, and deliver outstanding online experiences that educate, connect, and activate our community.

1️⃣ Own Our Online Events Strategy

You will be responsible for shaping and managing the full lifecycle of our online events.

• Design a clear online events roadmap (expert sessions, monthly community events, thematic series)
• Lead brainstorming and concept development for new event formats
• Plan event calendars, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Ensure consistency, quality, and growth across all online events

2️⃣ Event Planning, Management & Execution

You’ll make sure every event runs smoothly — from idea to follow-up.

• Host and moderate online events (Zoom, Circle, etc.)
• Coordinate speakers, experts, and internal stakeholders
• Manage live execution, run-of-show, and post-event follow-ups
• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback for improvement

3️⃣ Lead Expert Consulting & Monthly Event Series

You will manage and scale our expert consulting sessions and recurring community events.

• Work with consulting experts to schedule, structure, and deliver sessions
• Ensure content is valuable, practical, and community-focused
• Manage a repeating monthly cadence for learning and collaboration events
• Encourage participation, Q&A, and community interaction.

4️⃣ Collaborate Across Teams for Promotion & Engagement

Events don’t succeed without visibility ,you’ll ensure people actually show up.

• Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotion plans and content
• Work with the Engagement team to drive attendance and participation
• Align with the Consulting team on topics, speakers, and formats
• Ensure events are well-promoted, well-attended, and well-executed

5️⃣ Lead & Coordinate Event Team Members

You’ll lead a small remote team of volunteers supporting events.

• Coordinate tasks across event support members
• Provide clarity, timelines, and guidance
•  Ensure smooth collaboration and accountability
•  Build simple processes to make event delivery repeatable and scalable
