The Elephant Sanctuary—the largest natural-habitat refuge for elephants in the U.S.—is hiring an Outreach Coordinator to lead volunteer programs and community engagement initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting people with purpose and conservation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow volunteer programs (on-site, EleAmbassadors, group programs)
• Plan and deliver outreach events in Middle Tennessee and beyond
• Support education programming at the Elephant Discovery Center
• Build partnerships with community and corporate groups

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years experience in volunteer coordination, education, or museum settings
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about wildlife
• Must work on-site in Hohenwald (includes some weekends)
