Nature lovers can spend summer days hiking scenic trails in search of wildlife, paddling or floating down the river, or unwinding beneath the shade of a towering 200-year-old cottonwood tree. In winter, the park transforms into a snowy retreat with nearly 10 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails, snow filled family activities, and cozy lodging options where visitors can warm up after a day outdoors.
