Summary: 6 month GS-5 Park Ranger position, starting in April or May; 40 hrs/wk; Saturday work hours may be required. Pay starts at $19hr. Previous work experience and/or 4-year degree required. Valid driver’s license needed.
Job Duties: We’re seeking enthusiastic and self-driven people to:
- Develop and present indoor and outdoor interpretive programs including guided talks and walks
- Create and present curriculum-based environmental education programs for children
- Support Visitor Center or contact station operations
- Create digital and print media – including posters, news releases and more
- Be comfortable working outdoors
