Join our team as a Planner – Stormwater and play a key role in helping the County achieve and maintain compliance with its MS4 NPDES permit while advancing meaningful water quality improvements. This position supports the management of the County’s stormwater program by preparing the MS4 Annual Report, coordinating public outreach and education initiatives and developing GIS-based tracking tools for stormwater BMP construction, inspection, and maintenance. The Planner will collaborate with consultants, developers, contractors, and property owners on as-built plan review, assist with RFP development and task management, pursue and manage grants for restoration projects, and help create technical publications and presentations for County leadership and the public.
