The Yakima Basin Fish & Wildlife Recovery Board is hiring a Recovery Program Coordinator to help lead collaborative, science‑driven efforts to restore steelhead, bull trout, and other native species across the Yakima Basin. This is a great opportunity for a natural resource professional who thrives at the intersection of technical analysis, partnership building, and on‑the‑ground recovery work.

In this full‑time role, you’ll guide multi‑stakeholder working groups, maintain and update regional recovery plans, support monitoring initiatives, and provide mapping and technical analysis that informs restoration priorities. You’ll work closely with Tribal, federal, state, local, and nonprofit partners to advance shared recovery goals.

If you’re motivated by collaborative conservation, strategic planning, and supporting locally led restoration, we’d love to hear from you.
