A Recycling Center Manager position is available with Colorado State University and the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands to be located at Pohakuloa Training Area, HI.

The Recycling Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management and operation of the Pohakuloa Training Area Army Recycle Center (PARC). The Manager operates vehicles, forklifts and recycling equipment, and coordinates troop working parties to collect, receive, sort, store, and ship recyclable materials. This position is responsible for reviewing PARC operations to ensure recycling processes are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements for the facility. The Manager also provides support to the Army Recycling Program Manager to assist with the management of the Army’s Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) and assists with public outreach programs to raise awareness and motivate personnel to recycle.
