DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Regional Program Outreach Coordinator, you will promote various agricultural programs and services within the western part of Pennsylvania. You will implement initiatives of the Department, to include economic development, Ag Business Development Center, food and nutrition programming, technology and innovation, conservation programs and strategic plans, and will educate the agriculture industry and the public on these initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as liaison with industry partners and stakeholders, facilitate work groups, and conduct meetings and conferences.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Position will report to either of these locations, based on the selected candidate's home address:
- 226 Donohoe Road, Greensburg, PA 15601-9444 (Region 4)
- 13410 Dunham Road, Meadville, PA 16335-8346 (Region 1)
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 1 day a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in either Greensburg or Meadville. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six years of management or staff work experience in a public or private organization in the field of agribusiness, and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
- This position requires possession of a valid Class C Pennsylvania Driver's License.
