Resource Development Project Coordinator
Big Sur Land Trust seeks an exceptionally organized and collaborative Resource Development Project Coordinator to support fundraising, communications, donor engagement, events, and campaign initiatives. This role serves as the operational hub of the Resource Development team, managing project plans, calendars, workflows, and cross-functional coordination that advance Big Sur Land Trust's mission and philanthropic goals.
The position offers an opportunity to contribute to conservation, community engagement, and the organization's upcoming 50th anniversary campaign while supporting a $50 million philanthropic revenue goal. Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, communications, or project management environments is valuable, though transferable skills are welcomed.
